Arctic sea ice shrank to its second-lowest level ever, U.S. scientists said on Wednesday, with particular melting in the Chukchi Sea, where polar bears were recently seen swimming far off the Alaskan coast.

A New Fashion Catches On in Paris: Cheap Bicycle Rentals
YES! So they have started very accessible and cheap bike rentals in Paris. I've tried to get this started in a previous town I lived in and no on seemed interested. Glad it's catching on there. With the price of gas...a cute new pair of biking shoes seems pretty reasonable :). I really really wish Seattle had something like this!!!
